2 OTC is a dateless registration — one of the most desirable formats in the UK personalised plate market. This flexibility, combined with their short format and limited availability, makes dateless plates among the most sought-after on the market.

Registration History

2 OTC was first made available in 1960. The original issuing office for this combination is Lancashire C.C.. Local council and county borough offices issued plates within their geographic area — the issuing office identifies the regional origin of the registration.
